Sheep Snaggers : The sound of mooosic

Got another nice lengthy update session in today.

We now have audio! For now, I'm using a bunch of free sounds from soundsnap.com as placeholders. Hopefully I can knock up some original ones before I get finished.

I've also hacked together a basic attract mode / high score table, which isn't looking too shabby.

Still to do:
* Enemy fighters that shoot back.
* Make the enemies spawn over time near the deathstar rather than just popping up randomly on the map at the start.
* Working high score table. Currently just displays a fixed list.
* Mobile deathstar and bombs to fight it with
* Levels with increasing difficulty. Changing number of aliens / sheepies, enhanced enemy AI, that kind of thing.

i've finished with my graduation piece, aside from editing, so i would now have some time to do some graphics for the game. Small ones. just tell me what you want, in what size and in what format.

Nice one :D
The only one I'm really happy about is the big Markie sinistar thing. As you can see from the screen shots, the sheep and aliens are a bit crappy looking.

So I guess what I need is:
Sprites : 32x32 pixels.
* Player ship. Don't know if this should be a spaceship, tractor, a cyborg goat, or what. Anything I can rotate 360 degrees, Asteroids-style is cool - surprise me :)
* Enemy hunter and fighter ships. These can be pretty much anything as long as they're distinctive enough to tell them apart, hence my red & green flying saucers. These don't rotate.
* Sheep, top down view. Need to be rotatable again.
* Sheep turds! Obviously need to be smaller than the sheep, but since the player collects these to make bombs they need to stand out against the grassy background.

Optional:
Any kind of random scenery items. Right now I've just got a tilemap with a bunch of different trees on that are placed at random. Would be nice to have some alternative furniture in my field. Maybe some amusing signs or some such.
Scenery items are 128x128 pixels.
Fence panels for the edges of the field. Like a wooden fence, dry stone wall or hedges. Couple of different tilable panels would be nice, and corner pieces.
A signature/tag image for the credits screen if you want one on there.
Anything else you think would be fun - right now I've probably got time to cram a few extra things in.

Preferred format is PNG or GIF, but I'm fine with anything GIMP can open. Let me know if you want a copy of my current graphics or anything.

Anything else you need, or when you're done, my gmail is kungflumaster
